ZipAgent LLC (“ZipAgent,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, forms, and services (the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
- Location and market info: city/state/ZIP and any details you share about your territory, goals, or lead volume.
- Communications: messages you send to us, call notes, and support requests.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate device/browser information, and referring pages.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls or follow-ups.
- To provide our Services, including verified introductions and operational updates.
- To send service messages (for example: lead updates, account-related notices, and support communications).
- With your consent, to send marketing emails about ZipAgent where you have opted in to email marketing (we do not send promotional SMS through our U.S. transactional SMS program).
- To improve site performance, reliability, and user experience.
SMS and phone communications
If you provide a phone number, we may contact you by voice call for service-related matters such as scheduling or verification when appropriate. We send SMS after you opt in through the chat widget on pages where it appears, or after you use the transactional SMS consent checkbox on our Contact page (which does not load the chat widget) (see “SMS opt-in details” below). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
SMS opt-in details
On zipagent.co pages that load our HighLevel chat widget (the homepage, this Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use page), SMS opt-in is through the chat widget only. We do not embed other web forms that collect phone numbers or written transactional SMS consent on those same pages.
Our Contact page at https://zipagent.co/contact.html does not load the chat widget. That page contains our LeadConnector contact form where you may provide a phone number and use one optional, unchecked consent checkbox for non-marketing, service-related SMS only (such as lead updates, verification or scheduling notices, and account or operational updates). The checkbox is not pre-selected and is not required to submit the form. We do not send promotional SMS through this program.
Consent language for the Contact form and for the chat widget includes our business name, the types of messages you may receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, how to get help by texting HELP to (551) 393-1555, and how to opt out by replying STOP. Our Terms of Use describe communications in more detail.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, forms, communications tools).
- To comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing Services, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Your choices
- Marketing emails: you may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by emailing us.
- SMS: reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP or text HELP to (551) 393-1555 for assistance.
- Access/updates: you can request to update your information by contacting us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
